I haven’t posted in awhile since our move back to the Midwest so I am definitely trying to get back to consistently posting about each cake I make. This past weekend I got to make 3 cakes for my co-workers children’s birthday party. They each wanted a cake of a different animal with different flavors inside. It was a fun filled Saturday getting to bake these delicious cakes and decorate them for these sweet kiddos. 🙂

This Cat Cake is made with Chocolate cake that is filled and frosted with vanilla buttercream.

The Cow Cake was made with marble cake (fitting for a cow!), filled with cookies and cream buttercream, frosted with vanilla buttercream and decorated with homemade marshmallow fondant.

Lastly the sheep cake was made with vanilla cake, filled with fresh strawberry buttercream and frosted with vanilla buttercream.

YUM!!
